To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition that you received it. You must call our customer service team to receive a return merchandise order for returns. 

Refund and Return Policy for MachineryPartsDepot.com

At MachineryPartsDepot.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.

Return Conditions:

  • All returned products must be in the same condition as you received them.

Return Window:

  • Within 30 Days: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the products. After inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • From 31 to 90 Days: You can return products for store credit only. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
  • After 90 Days: No returns or refunds will be accepted.

Kits:

  • Individual items in a kit may not be returned unless the entire kit is being returned.

Special Orders:

  • Special orders will be refunded on a case-by-case basis. Will be subject to vendors restocking policies.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Payment Methods:

  • For payments made via PayPal, the PayPal processing fee will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee:

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will determine if your item is in the same condition you received it. If you are approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you pay with PayPal, you will not be refunded the PayPal processing fee charged by PayPal.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected]

Gift Cards

We do not offer refunds for gift cards.  If you purchased a product with a gift card, and you need to make a return, the return amount will be applied to your account.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail your product to H &W Machine Repair, 2119 Meyer Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46803.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Core Returns

You have 30 days to return your core for a cash refund.  If you return your core after 30 days, your refund will be applied to your account.
