DELIVERY

All items are shipped F.O.B. Fort Wayne, IN via United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified. All shipments are subject to a $3.00 packaging fee. Orders using the customer’s shipping number will have a $3.00 handling charge added to the final invoice.

GUARANTEES

All items are fully guaranteed. Some manufacturer’s warranties may vary. We will either replace, refund or extend full credit for any defective items returned within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. Please advise us promptly upon discovering any defect. To facilitate the issuance of credit, ensure you send the Return Paperwork issued by H&W with your returned products. Follow the return procedure. *NOTE: Any modification of the product voids the guarantee.

EMAIL, PHONE, & ONLINE ORDERS

Orders are usually shipped within two business days. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed but orders received before noon EST; online, over the phone, or by fax will have priority for shipment. Due to FedEx regulations, if an order needs to go to FedEx Overnight, the order needs to be received before 1:00 pm EST. If an order is placed online and requires expedited shipping please call to ensure receipt.

Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

RESPONSIBILITY

The value of the defective item is the limit of our liability.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

Most items (except Special Order and any items included as a kit) may be returned for credit within 30 days from the date of purchase, if unused and in original condition. Individual items in a kit may not be returned unless the entire kit is being returned. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all items being returned. On non-stock items, we reserve the right to pass on any charge imposed by the manufacturer, unless the merchandise is proven defective. Ensure you return your part with the proper RMA number to be issued your refund, please call for an RMA number. If you pay with PayPal, you will not be refunded the PayPal processing fee charged by PayPal.

TERMS

H&W Machine Repair’s terms are payment must be received before shipment is made. Net 30 accounts can be opened for qualified customers. To qualify to open a Net 30 account, you must have made at least 3 purchases with a credit card in the last twelve months. Machine repairs, rebuilds, or sales may be considered for NET 30, please contact us for more information. We do not offer any terms over Net 30.

We collect information about you during the checkout process at our store.
