The JTM-1254RVS features an R-8 spindle taper, compatible with widely available R-8 collets, end mill holders, and milling accessories. This configuration is well suited for general-purpose milling, toolroom applications, and shops already equipped with R-8 tooling.
JTM-1254VS – NT40 Spindle
The JTM-1254VS features an industrial NT40 spindle taper designed to accommodate 40-taper toolholders. This configuration provides a robust tooling interface for demanding machining operations and is particularly useful for shops using NT40 tooling.
Both configurations feature a 5 HP three-phase motor, 12″ x 54″ worktable, and variable spindle speeds from 80 to 3,800 RPM.
