With an 18″ swing over the bed and an actual 83.5″ distance between centers, the machine accommodates long industrial workpieces such as shafts, rollers, hydraulic components, threaded rods, and precision-machined replacement parts. Its extended bed provides additional machining capacity compared with shorter models in the GH-ZX series.

The GH-1880ZX also offers a 25.6″ swing through the gap, providing additional clearance for short, larger-diameter workpieces when the removable gap section is properly configured.
